Select the layout mode that reflects the venue. Each mode creates an interactive map that buyers use during checkout.
General
Table-based layouts for clubs, museums, and general admission areas.
- Place round, rectangular, or custom-shaped tables anywhere on the floor plan.
- Set a price and party size for each table, with support for parties of up to 50 guests.
- Offer table reservations and standard admission tickets within the same event.
Seated
Assigned seating and capacity-based areas for theatres, cinemas, and concerts.
- Create sections as rectangular, circular, or freeform areas.
- Generate complete seating plans with configurable seat size, spacing, row angle, and curvature, supported by live seat and row counts.
- Add standing areas with their own ticket types and inventory.
From floor plan to publication
Build each venue map through a structured workflow: import the floor plan, generate seating, configure pricing, and publish the approved layout.
- Step 1
Import your floor plan
Upload a photo or PDF export of the venue, adjust its opacity, and use it as a reference while drawing. This helps ensure the digital layout reflects the physical space.
- Step 2
Generate seating sections
Outline each section and configure the seat size, row spacing, angle, and curvature. Live seat and row counts update as the layout is refined.
- Step 3
Configure pricing
Assign prices to individual seats or tables, or apply a price across an entire section. Standing areas can include multiple ticket types, each with its own price, inventory, and per-order limit.
- Step 4
Link the venue to an event
Assign the venue to an event and publish it. At publication, the platform preserves a snapshot of the approved map so the layout shown to buyers remains consistent throughout sales.
Design the floor, price it by category
This is how organisers lay out a general venue. Drag tables into position on the canvas, add new ones, and let table categories do the pricing: edit a category's price, admission, labels, or color, and every table in the tier updates the moment it changes.
