Track orders, attendees, payouts, and revenue from one dashboard. Figures update as sales come in, so you always have a current view of performance.
Keep every guestlist in one place
Add complimentary, press, and VIP guests one by one or import them from a CSV. Each guest receives a QR ticket, and you can follow check-ins or revoke access when plans change.
Add guests quickly
Choose the event and ticket type, enter the guest's details, and send their QR tickets by email.
Import from a CSV
Add hundreds of guests in one upload. Any row that needs attention is flagged before the list is created.
Invalidate tickets when needed
An invalidated QR code stops working at the door, and its ticket is returned to the available inventory.
Choose when you get paid
See which ticket revenue is pending, available, or already paid out. Send available funds to your bank manually, daily, or weekly.
Available, pending, and paid-out balances are presented together on a single consolidated balance card.
Daily, weekly, and manual schedule options are displayed together, with manual transfers initiated through the Send payout action.
Bank account details, verification status, and payout schedule are available in a single view for operational clarity.
Verified payouts for every organiser type
Whether you sell tickets as an individual, collective, venue, or company, Tixi Ticket asks for the details needed to verify your account before funds are released.
Where required, we may collect identity, business, tax, representative, beneficial owner, and bank details for AML, sanctions, fraud, tax, and payment compliance. For individual organisers, the process is limited to the information relevant to that status.
The payout verification process is informed by public AML/CFT guidance and recognised ISO/IEC security and privacy standards.
These references do not constitute a claim of ISO certification.
