View the payout process

A clear path from sale to settlement

The dashboard separates ticket revenue into pending, available, and paid-out balances, providing a complete view of each stage in the payout process.

  1. 1

    Pending

Revenue from completed orders remains pending until the relevant event has ended, supporting buyer protection and refund processing.

  2. 2

    Available

After the event has ended, eligible revenue becomes available for transfer to your verified bank account.

  3. 3

    Paid out

Completed payouts are recorded with their amount, date, and status to provide clear financial tracking.

Clear and flexible payout management

Review available, pending, and paid-out revenue in one place. Transfer available funds to your bank account manually or according to a defined schedule.

Available, pending, and paid-out balances are presented separately in a consolidated wallet summary.

Daily, weekly, and manual schedule options are displayed together, with manual transfers initiated through the Send payout action.

Bank account status, account type, and payout schedule are available in a single view for operational clarity.

Choose a payout schedule that supports your operations

Select automatic daily or weekly payouts, or retain direct control with manual transfers. The schedule can be updated when your operational requirements change.

  • Daily

Available revenue is transferred to your bank account automatically each day.

  • Weekly

Available revenue is transferred each Monday as a consolidated weekly payout.

  • Manual

Initiate a payout from your dashboard whenever a transfer is required.

Verified payouts for every organiser type

Sell tickets as an individual, collective, venue, or company. Tixi Ticket tailors the payout setup to the organiser type, ensuring the required verification is completed before funds are released.

Where required, we may collect identity, business, tax, representative, beneficial owner, and bank details for AML, sanctions, fraud, tax, and payment compliance. For individual organisers, the process is limited to the information relevant to that status.

The payout verification process is informed by public AML/CFT guidance and recognised ISO/IEC security and privacy standards.

These references do not constitute a claim of ISO certification.

Guided payout verification

A structured process identifies the verification requirements applicable to each organiser.

  1. Identify the organiser

Specify whether tickets are sold by an individual, collective, venue, or company before verification begins.

  2. Submit required details

Provide the identity, business, tax, representative, or ownership information needed for the organiser type.

  3. Enable verified payouts

Connect bank account details to enable payment-provider review, approval, and release of payouts.
